1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tipsters Lobby (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Tipsters Lobby is a marketplace that connects sports-betting subscribers with tipsters who publish picks in private Telegram channels. The Platform handles discovery, identity, manual payment review, and access control. The Platform does not place bets, accept bets, guarantee outcomes, or provide betting advice itself. All picks represent the tipster's personal opinion and analysis.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. We may suspend or close any account we reasonably believe to be underage, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account, which is the credential used to access the Platform.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Each subscription is a one-off 30-day pass to a tipster's private channel. There is no auto-renewal and no card on file: when the pass ends, your access ends until you start a new subscription. Subscription prices are set by each tipster and shown on their profile page. The Platform charges a fee of 15% on each subscription unless we have agreed a different rate with the tipster in writing.

Payment is manual: you transfer the amount using the instructions shown on the Platform, send proof to our Telegram bot, and a human reviewer approves the payment, usually within 24 hours. Your 30-day access starts when the payment is approved, not when you pay.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Before your payment is approved: if you change your mind, contact us within 24 hours and we will reject the payment proof; no money has left your bank yet if you have not made the bank transfer.

If we reject your payment: no subscription is created and no fee is taken by us. If you had already transferred funds, you should not have sent them before approval - contact us and we will assist with returning the transfer where possible.

EU/UK 14-day cooling-off right. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have 14 days from approval to withdraw and receive a refund, unless you have already consumed the digital content (i.e. received picks in the channel). By tapping "Subscribe" you may be asked to waive this right so that access can begin immediately. If you do not waive it, your access begins after the 14-day period. Duplicate payment refund: if you pay twice for the same subscription, we refund the duplicate within 7 working days of being notified.

Dead-channel pro-rata refund: if a tipster becomes unreachable, deletes their channel, or otherwise stops publishing for more than 14 consecutive days during your pass, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription on request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your personal Telegram channel invite link with anyone else, attempt to redistribute a tipster's picks outside the channel, or use the Platform to facilitate illegal activity. We may revoke access without refund for breaches of this section.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any tipster's predictions or performance data. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Betting involves substantial risk of financial loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tipsters Lobby shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any financial losses from betting activities based on tipster recommendations.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the Platform, or attempt to circumvent payment review. Where applicable, refunds under section 5 still apply on termination we initiate without cause.

10. Governing Law
